How does the touch iron work? And is it just as good as the original?
Answer: This iron is amazingly easy to use. Plug it in, touch the irons together and it quickly heats up. It also turns off automatically if not used for a short period of time. To turn it back on, simply touch the irons together. It has 2 heat settings and is super safe. Although I haven't used the original, I have used GHD and they are just as good, even though they don't heat as high. -

How wide are the plates?
Answer: The plates of the Touch measure 90mm x 23mm. -

Do these come with a lock so they stay shut?
Answer: They come with a protective heat guard which holds the plates together for safe storage. -

How long do the results of these straighteners last?
Answer: My hair lasts for about three days, occasionally I have to reapply the straighteners. Really happy with them though. -

Answer: I curl my hair with these iron. -
