Answer: Yes, items should be machine washed with cold water and should not be tumble dried. -

I bought this and the ink simply didn't dry. Therefore when removing the backing paper the image smudged. I even tried leaving it overnight first. Can you help?
Answer: I haven't had this problem but I use Gimp to print images. I don't know if that makes a difference. If I print from my cricut it doesn't set. -

What's the difference between the 1.0 and the 3.0 version?
Answer: The main difference between dark 1.0 and dark 3.0 is that dark 3.0 can be used with both inkjet and laserjet printers, while dark 1.0 can only be used with inkjet printers. -
Question:
How do you protect the picture when washing? I followed the instructions but when it came out, the image was crinkled and the ink had faded significantly.
Answer: I turn it inside out. And that hasn't happened to mine. -

Do the white parts on dark 3.0 turn transparent when heat pressed?
Answer: No, the white parts on dark 3.0 do not turn transparent. Instead, the image has die-cut (cut-out) white parts to remove them. -

Is this transfer paper transparent or white?
Answer: Video could not be loaded. -
Question:
Can I use this with my sawgrass sublimation printer?
Answer: Our products are not recommended for use with sublimation printers. We recommend inkjet printers or laser printers with pigment inks or dye inks. -

I need this to have a white background, not transparent. I didn't read that it turned transparent in the description. Can you help?
Answer: Our dark transfer paper has a white background and can be transferred onto dark or light-colored fabrics. The transparent background is applicable to our light transfer paper, which is for light-colored fabrics only. -
Question:
Can the dark transfer paper be used on bright colors?
Answer: Yes, I used these sheets on bright pink tee shirts and they came out perfect. -
Question:
Do you have the cut setting for silhouette cutting machines?
Answer: I don't have a machine, so I only print on the paper and then iron onto a t-shirt.
