Water is one of the heaviest items a hiker would carry and should be close to the body, so why this configuration?
Answer: The insulated bladder slides perfectly right into the lobo backpack and it keeps the water cold all day to the point that I still have ice cubes at the end of the day. The clips on the side also allow this insulator to be clipped to the outside of a regular backpack. -

Can I put this inside my velocity trail 100 oz to keep the water cool?
Answer: It helps to keep the water cool, you can tell the difference when you have water out of the tube or out of the reservoir. -

Is there a clip to attach drinking tube to your shirt collar?
Answer: No there is no clip on the drinking tube. -

I want to replace my reservoir but apparently, your new design sucks. Now I will not buy anything. Are you going to fix it?
Answer: Some people make an 'Issue' out of nothing. It is very easy to thread the cap onto the bladder. Once you see where to start, simply mark the screw top with a silver sharpie..then, mark the bladder. Done - takes less than 15 seconds to resolve the 'Issue.' -

Can anyone recommend a good pack that this can clip on to? Preferably daypack for tall women.
Answer: The insulated hydration bladder can mount to any pack on the outside. But, you may need some straps to secure it. Some packs have outside pockets that the insulated sleeve can easily slide into. The ice in the bladder will last longer if you put the insulated hydration bladder inside your pack. So, it can fit in any pack. -
Question:
The description is inconsistent. Does this product hold 2 liters or 3 liters?
Answer: It claims to hold 3 liters although I've never measured it and the weird baffle thing in the bladder reduces capacity. -

How long is the tube? Can it be extended?
Answer: The tube is 42 inches in length and it cannot be extended. This is an awesome product and being insulated is a benefit for training. -

What is it’s size?
Answer: It holds 3 Liters of liquid. -
Question:
Does this model come with an insulated tube? This part is critical to delay water freezing in the tube during winter activities.
Answer: No, it does not come with a neoprene sleeve for the tube. Note that even with a neoprene sleeve, if you leave water in the tube, it can still freeze in cold weather. After taking a drink of water, blow the water in the tube back into the bladder. You’ll also want to have the bladder inside your pack, not outside (more insulated from the elements). Also, I would suggest a fully enclosed bite valve. Otherwise, the bite valve can freeze too.
