Answer: I live in a hard water area. I always use just less than recommended and adjust as necessary. -

Answer: Hi there. Not really, it smells really fresh with the juniper and a bit ozone like, guess that's the seaweed bit. -

What is the dosage for this detergent?
Answer: Soft water: 40 ml normal soil, 50 ml heavy soil, 30 ml hand wash. Medium water: 50 ml, 60 ml, 30 ml. Hard water: 60 ml, 80 ml, 40 ml. -

It doesn't foam at all in the wash. Have I not put enough in?
Answer: Probably not because you haven't put enough in, it's just that not all laundry products have to foam to create an effective wash. This is a gentle wash product. If you prefer an eco wash that does foam, Ecover non-bio powder is great, and very good on whites. -
Question:
Is this 'fresh juniper' or juniper and seaweed scent?
Answer: This is a combination of both scents. It is a personal thing, but I can smell both - and find it leaves my laundry smelling fresh but not overpowering.
