    Answer: Is it a metallic clicking noise on low setting rotation? If so I'm getting the same noise.
  • Question: Can the light be turned off completely?

    Answer: There is a small button on the panel which reduces the intensity of the light if you press it several times and finally it turns it off.
  • Question: Does this make an audible beep when pressing the buttons or using the remote?

    Answer: Yes, it does make a little audible beep when you press the buttons on the fan itself, can't remember if it beeps when you use the remote though, it's been so long since I used it! Greatfan though.
  • Question: How quiet is this? Quiet enough to use in a baby's room?

    Answer: It is quiet on the lower fan settings from memory as we haven't used our fan since last year. We recall fan speeds above 50% settings, you will start to hear the air as it is drawn through faster. It will never be as quiet as a Dyson but then you are paying much less. It does come with a remote control which is handy.

    Answer: Bought for family member at another address in UK. They have been so using it regularly and have been pleased with it.

    Answer: Yes, it does have English instructions. It also has German, French, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, ... The instructions are short but quite sufficient.

    Answer: Pretty sturdy on carpet yes, but only worked correctly for approx one year. It's still going but the speeds don't work so only has one speed.
