The product packs a ton of features into a chair at this price range. The lumbar and neck pillows are not stiff or uncomfortable, and the chair makes no noises when operating. It is comfortable and is a very pleasant compromise of soft and firm. However, there is one caveat with a chair; it sits very high, which could be an issue for people who are short. The minimum height of the top of the seat off of the floor is 19.7”. For short people, this is a problem since their legs may not be perpendicular to the floor at the lowest height. Other minor problems include the lack of depth adjustment on the seat, not enough left-to-right customization on the armrests, and a narrow backrest.
