What's the difference between the 2 flavors, i.e. 'uncured' vs 'garlic, nutmg, coriandr, wht pepper'? is it just the seasonings or something else?
Answer: Uncured means not cured with synthetic nitrates. The spices are what gives the products a distinct flavor profile. -

Does it have Sulfites?
Answer: More than 80% of supermarket foods are adulterated with sulphites but what this contains I don't know. -

What is the best way to defrost the kielbasa and the ground italian sausage?
Answer: Thaw it at room temp. same way for the sausage. For the K, I like to cut a shallow slit on both sides, then peel off the covering before slicing and cooking. -

Are the 2 flavors equal in spiciness? i'd love to buy this sausage but don't because reviews say it's spicy. please offer a non-spicy version!!
