JumpSport Fitness Trampoline Workout DVDs are an excellent tool to get your workout going and to help you get the most from a mini-trampoline workout. This particular DVD is optimized for a traditional DVD player or BluRay player w/ DVD playing capabilities and is approximately 23 minutes long. The DVD does come with its criticisms. Some customers have found the trampoline stiff to bounce on and wish it was more rubbery in texture. A few customers have also complained about the loose fit where the handlebar connects to the extension bar. However, on the whole, the DVD receives a positive response. Many customers enjoyed following the instructor on the trampoline and felt that the workout was perfect.
