The Bostitch RN46-1 is a coil roofing nailer that shoots roofing nails with a shank diameter of .120” and lengths of 3/4” to 1-3/4”. While it is not suitable for hardie siding, with the siding adapter it can be used for vinyl siding projects. It is a hard gun to beat when it comes to roofing, feeds and shoots well, and is easy to use, light-weight and economical. However, it would require repair kit #RN46-RK if it needed maintenance, and it does not come with an air supply nipple. Some customers did experience some problems with double nail firing and jams.
