    Answer: Assuming nothing has changed since I received mine, it comes with two mandrels, two leather wheels, and a bar of white compound. Hope that helps.

    Answer: Not sure about the Dremel tool, but certainly the hand drill. Be aware that the hand drill is not how it was designed to work. (Calls for 400-600 rpm)

The diameter of the wheels is approximately 3 and 3/8 inches. It is recommended to run the strop at 600-800 rpm. Though it is designed to work with a power drill, users have also used it with a Dremel tool. However, it is not recommended to use with a hand drill as it needs 400-600 rpm. The build quality of the Powerstrop is impressive, with accurately cut arbor holes and straight, well-made steel arbors. The high-grade tooling leather is thick and accurately profiled, resulting in minimal, if any, runout. The assembly runs true with no vibration. The strop wheels, combined with the polishing compound, can achieve a mirror-like finish on blade edges. Users have also found that it saves time by skipping the sharpening steps of the higher grits. The V-profile wheel is perfect for stropping the narrower serrations of pocket knives. The Powerstrop is a properly made, high-quality tool that is worth the price. It can sharpen knives, gouges, V-tools, and is a good addition to hone/strop camp tools and woodworking blades.
