Hawaiian Tropic AntiOxidant Sunscreen Lotion is a lightweight sun protection lotion that provides broad spectrum protection with SPF 30. The sunscreen meets the new standards for reef safety in Hawaii, as it does not contain Oxybenzone or Octinoxate. However, a few of the sunscreen ingredients are still being investigated by the FDA. The product does not test on animals, and each bottle has its own date of manufacture and expiration date. The sunscreen can be applied to the skin first before applying make-up, but it is not a setting spray. It can also be used to refresh the sunscreen later in the day over make-up, but it is more important to reapply every 80 minutes or immediately after toweling off.
