The Poly Blackwire 8225 wired headset offers great value for money and has active noise-cancelling features that work with all programs. It is plug-and-play, and no software needs to be downloaded; however, the Plantronics Hub software can be used to adjust the settings and firmware updates. The Teams version has a Teams button that provides additional call control functions relevant to the Teams platform. The headset is not compatible with Chromebook, but it works with Windows, Mac OS, and some office desk phones. The build quality is excellent, and the sound is gorgeous. However, the microphone boom can loosen and not hold its position.
