Answer: I am not exactly sure but with my experience of fresh dried herbs I would say not. Aging them would make them lose potency. I think they are aged as least as possible. Harvested cleaned, dried and packaged and shipped. It would naturally be aged a bit until you use it but I think it makes sense to assume it is not aged by much...Hope this helps. -
