The holder can be used with jumbo-sized rolls of paper towel, but the tension at the start may be too high, causing it to lose tension as the roll is used up. The arm holding the paper in place can be removed for free rotation of the roll. The tension arm has a history of breaking off, but the company's customer service contact details are easily available for contacting if a user experiences that issue. Customers who have used the product for more than six months have not experienced that problem, however. The product comes fully assembled and ready to use.
