While it’s not a true G scale, you can get extra tracks and switches for it. Unfortunately, the train is not very durable given its price range, and the track is too short for the train’s size. Some train cars might come apart and not be easy to connect, making it tough to assemble and keep it together. However, it still makes a great gift to keep kids entertained around Christmas time, as they might end up playing with it non-stop.
