    Answer: Clean the surface of the item to be repaired, peel off the backing paper from the patch, and smoothly apply it to the surface.

    Answer: I added mine to a jacket, and the spot where I used it was a patchwork of surfaces and materials. It did not stick easily and I was lucky no one noticed it because of its location on the jacket and the lighting. Your concern makes sense to me; it might not work. Knowing that it might not be simple, what extra steps could you take to improve it? Could hot glue work? Could you add some additional adornment to cover up the seams of the patch? I don't think you can expect it to invisibly blend in.

    Answer: Hi there,It can be work on a faux suede couch cushion.

    Answer: I don't know, but it has a velvety feel to it, it's pretty durable, and it sticks like crazy. I used them to patch seats in an off-road buggy, that gets exposed to the elements, and holding up so far, and it's been over 1 and 1/2 years! Hope this helps! I say just buy one and check'em out, worst case you waste 10 bucks, but you can always send it back if you don't like!

    Answer: It's kind of like using a duct tape - then trying to pull it off?

    Answer: Yeah, I think so! It's soft to the touch, yet durable, and sticks like crazy! I used to patch seats in an off-road buggy, right where you sit, and it's been over a year and a half, and they are holding up well, not even trying to come off!

    Answer: About 2 months. The adhesive coating is too thin and daily use takes a toll on it. It begins to slide and crinkle. I tried it 2 or 3 times and decided to try something else. I got a satisfactory patch at Temu at a much better price.
  • Question: Can this be used on a regular mattress?

    Answer: Most likely.
  • Question: Will this stick to wood?

    Answer: It has a very strong adhesive backing. I personally have not tried to stick it to wood, but I see no reason why it wouldn't stick. When I say very strong adhesive, a chair I repaired 2 years ago and a couch I repaired a year ago are both holding tight and smooth.
