SmallRig Customer Service confirms that the Sony top handle can be used with the cage, but the modular NATO rail must be removed when using the original XLR handle. There seems to be some confusion with the availability of the NATO rail, which is included with the purchase but cannot be purchased separately. It is also reported that the raw metal and distressed look of the edges of the cage gives a used appearance, which may not be suitable for professionals.
