Answer: Your old button cover simply pops off. Then it snaps into place on the new switch. -

Answer: Yes. On my 2012 edge it didn’t come with the same switches, they were just smaller. No modifications were needed, it just didn’t fill the entire slot like the old switches did. -

Answer: Yes, this is the passenger side. Works great. This is only the panel by itself. You have to re-use the plastic control pieces from your previous one.
