38mm Shell Diameter 6mm Solid Shaft Rotary Encoder 3600PPR Push-pull Output 5-26V Power Supply
This incremental rotary encoder has a 38mm outer diameter and a 6mm solid shaft. It offers 3600PPR resolutions, 5V line driver output, and is designed for TTL logic device input. If you want to monitor speed only, either A or B feedback will suffice, but if you need to know the speed and direction, both will be required. The output is two signals in quadrature, and in order to use it to control a motor, it must be converted to pulse and direction. The length of this encoder's shaft is 10mm, while its diameter is slightly undersized at 5.99mm.
