Why doesn't the description state that it is machine washable?
Answer: See the 4th bullet item in the description. -

Is this oeko-tex certified?
Answer: I wasn't sure, but after looking up pictures of oeko-tex labels, I am pretty certain that it is not certified. Nothing on the comforter tag saying it is. -
Question:
The description says wash in cold and dry in low heat. The packaging says 'wash in *warm water, line dry only do not tumble dry'. so which is it?
Answer: I can't imagine having to line dry a comforter. I washed mine on warm and dried it on hot, but it did just fine. Since I put a duvet cover over mine, I wasn't worried about fading. Over time it may fade, but again I wasn't worried about that. -

I usually order a king for extra length on the sides, but have a queen bed, does the king hangover too much or just right for a queen bed?
Answer: We have a king-sized mattress that is quite tall with a king-sized comforter, and it barely touches the bed frame on each side. I am not sure if that helps you. -

Answer: The queen size will definitely fit a twin XL. More specifically, by not pulling the duvet all the way up to the top of the bed will leave more length at bottom for twin XL. -

Answer: All your electronics in your vehicles and home are made in China. Even ones branded elsewhere. Your iPhone. Samsung TV. Everything has stuff made in China. Get over it. -

Does this have the tabs for the duvet to tie too?
Answer: Yes, the comforter has 4 tabs to tie the duvet cover. -

Is this light weight enough for North Carolina summers?
Answer: Maybe, if you have A/C and no duvet cover. It's only 162gsm, but when I weighed it - it actually weighs the same as my 250gsm comforter. It is not as warm though, but I do not plan to use it in summer.
